Ultra Rare Ginny Philodendron

Description

Philodendron ‘Ginny’ (Rhaphidophora tetrasperma)

The Mini Climbing Monstera

A rare tropical aroid with small ornamental leaves with split lobes about 6″ across. In nature the plant will climb trees by rapping it’s aerial roots around the trunk hanging down from the upper branches. Best in bright indirect light with regular water.

The leaves look like a mini Monstera deliciosa, but much smaller in scale. Can be used as a house plant, or grown outdoors in a frost free environment. Plant at the base of a palm or tree trunk and it will climb up adding a tropical touch to the garden.

Rhaphidophora tetrasperma is the most current name. Prune as needed. This is an impossible to kill house plant. The large split leaves develop with age.
