Description
Calamondin Orange Trees Are Great For Containers
Calamondin Orange trees are considered heavy producers. The tart orange fruit is used more like a lime. You can grow it in a container & bring it indoors in zones 4 through 7 for winter. Just be sure to keep it near a sunny window. Calamondin Orange is classified as a semi-dwarf tree but it naturally grows more bushy. They would make a great evergreen hedge anywhere in growing zones 8 to 11 if planted in areas that get almost full sun.
