Description
Unique Color on a Tall Slender Arborvitae
Janatar Arborvitae is a newer variety that is perfect for using as a living privacy wall. They remain narrow, only get 2 to 3 feet wide so Janatar can be used in landscapes where there isn’t much room. Janatar’s foliage is lime-green with yellow edges. The foliage turns to an eye catching amber gold in winter. Space them about 2 feet apart when planting to create a lush, thick hedge.
Pruning Janatar can be done any time of the year. You can keep them pruned to stay at a lower height if desired. Although they can handle pruning, it ie recommended not to prune more then 3 to 6 inches at a time.
