Description
At a mature height of 3 to 5 feet, Autumn Princess Encore Azalea is a compact evergreen shrub. The ruffled semi-double pink blooms start in spring and continue through the first frost in fall. As with most Rhododendrons the Autumn Princess prefers a slightly acidic soil that is well drained.
Mix and match Encore® Azalea colors in mass plantings and mixed borders. They also do well in containers provided they have drainage holes. Use them in a natural, wooded area in your yard where they get filtered sunlight. They’re also good for foundation plantings provided they don’t get too much direct afternoon sun.
