Compact Japanese Holly is a dense, smaller, rounded Holly shrub. Spring white flowers on the Compact Japanese Holly turn into black berries. They are considered pretty low maintenance.

This Japanese Holly rarely needs pruning and is disease & pest resistant. Compact Japanese Holly can handle heavy pruning to whatever shape you desire. They also look great in containers.

Compact Japanese Holly growth rate is considered ‘medium’, meaning it grows roughly 12 inches a year. Sun exposure, water, soil conditions will play a large factor in how fast it grows.
