Tuscan Blue Rosemary grows to become one of the tallest Rosemary plants at about 5 feet tall.  it also boasts unique bright glossy leaves. Rosemary takes well to pruning and can be kept at heights as low as 3 feet.

Small, misty blue flowers are the real beauty of this plant.  They”ll emerge in early spring and last unto summer.

The foliage is needle like with a very distinctive aroma when crushed. Dried needles are used in many Mediterranean recipes. The needles are also popular for various potpourri & aroma therapy uses.

Tuscan Blue Rosemary plants are hardy from zone 8, and in colder zones it can be grown in a pot and brought into a cool, sunny place for the winter months. It grows in hot, dry places, including coastal areas, and it is resistant to salt spray. Grow it naturally among rocks or gravel. It fits into almost any style of garden, but it is essential element in Mediterranean and Xericscape gardens. Another great idea is to grow them in a row as a very unique & aromatic hedge.
