We’ve talked to a few nurseries and their fall selling season has seen a little bit of everything.  Record rains, record heat and extended droughts in many parts of the country have left many nurseries with more plants then they want heading into winter. And now they're dealing with record cold temperatures.

This means you can get a lot of really good prices right now.  And we’re talking some of the most popular trees & shrubs.  Many of our top-rated nurseries (view them here) have special coupons and sales prices as much as 70% off. And, we’re talking some of the more popular trees and shrubs.

Free Shipping! Not only are there great deals to be found but 11 of our top-rated online nurseries are offering free shipping on qualifying orders. You can view the list and details here.

Ideally, you want to get new plants in the ground at least 3 weeks before the ground will freeze 3 to 6 inches below the surface. Not to mention it’s problematic digging your planting hole when even the top layer of dirt is frozen.

If you’re confident you can get new plants in the ground before the ground freezes over, now is the time to buy.  Sale prices are some of the best we have seen all year.
